Anti Material Rifle

This high power Rail Gun, while technically "Man Portable" is far to heavy to be operated by anyone not wearing power armor. It's projectiles can defeat most armor and cover, but these projectiles have to be machined precisely to avoid violent and catastrophic jams. They also use enormous amounts of power every time they are fired. They are best used on defending a position from an armored attack.
